Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You have the option for earring hook repair, but you must contact me via e-mail within the 7 days. Please provide a picture of the issue. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
